We ship our orders from our own warehouse, which is situated in The Netherlands, and therefore no extra custom duties or extra VAT is charged for deliveries within the EU.
Furthermore, we do not charge our customers for shipping, i.e. we take over the shipping costs.
However, please note that our delivery service is currently only available to mainland and certain applicable countries. This means that any islands or non-EU countries, or countries that are not listed in our standard shipping options during checkout, may have additional shipping costs or import duties.
